This is an iteration on my 3-Piece Desk Lamp project which I completed a few weeks before. I enjoy this design a lot and wanted to create a small collection.

I knew that there would be structural differences and those parts had to be addressed. I ended up using a 13lb steel plate that is in the bottom of the base

I used a vertical end mill to cut out the space for the steel plate.
